Finally got my Blyk SIM working! Got it in a bit of a retro Nokia 7250i. Now awaiting my first MMS!
Blyk aren't getting the most positive media coverage at the moment as they aren't getting the amount of subscribers predicted.
UPDATE:
Got my first MMS from Blyk. From STA Travel...even though I am not a student!

Social network for Gingers!
One for Chris Reed here...spotted on five news of all places! Redhedd.com a social network for gingers!
Love the intro:
"Welcome to Redhedd.com, a new community devoted to cheerleading a beautiful noble rarified and dying breed.
Red headed or even just bearded? Enemy of the sun? "Freckleface" when you were a wee'n? Spend more on suncreen than you do on shampoo? Or maybe you're one of the "others" but just can't seem to squelch your undying affection for the copper-topped. Well then join up! Membership is free and the redhead love is overflowing."
Apparently red heads are dying out so they need to breed together to survive. It got some coverage on MTV Canada from their redhead presenter:

BBC and Super Bowl don't mix
One of the main features of the BBC is that is funded by the British public and licence fee payers, IE there are no adverts. So of the 1 million people from the UK that tuned in, and the 400'000 that kept watching until 2am (Thanks to Radio1 for that stat) the advertising was some what void.
Apparently 90 million Americans go to the toilet at half time too, so the $2.7 million to spend on a 30 second ad" doesnt look so wisely spent now!
So what happend in the online world, here are two of the best atricles I have read:
Advertising age
Searchviews
This is may favourite from the ads that i have seen:
